Shipping rates

Shipping is free on orders over $49. For smaller orders, a flat, calculated shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay — so there are no surprises.

In-store pickup

Prefer to skip shipping entirely? We'll have eligible items ready at your local Brook Mays or H&H Music store. In-store pickup is free. Find a store near you.

Processing & handling

Most in-stock orders are prepared and handed off to the carrier promptly, with standard delivery typically taking 1–2 business days to prepare and 2–5 business days in transit. Special orders and items not currently in stock may take additional time — if anything affects your order, our team will be in touch.
