To ship any order to a military APO/FPO address, please enter APO or FPO in the City field of the order form, and select one of the following choices in the State field of the order form: Armed Forces Europe, Middle East, Africa and Canada; Armed Forces Americas; and Armed Forces Pacific.
This web site uses SSL technology to guarantee the safety of all information submitted on our site. With customer service as one of our company pillars, Brook Mays refuses to sell any information to any outside company. All information submitted on this site will remain confidential.
If the merchandise you ordered is in stock, you can expect your package to arrive in approximately 5 to 7 business days for UPS Ground. Otherwise, please allow 2 to 6 weeks before inquiring about a special order.
We ship items we have in stock at the time your order is processed. Items we do not have in stock are promptly ordered and sent to you as soon as they become available.
I received my package, but no invoice was enclosed. When can I expect it?
Your invoice will usually arrive within 2-3 days of your package. A packaging slip is usually enclosed with your package, while your invoice will be sent via U.S. Mail.
How come my credit card was charged and I haven't received my items yet(either from backorder, or in-stock items)?
All items are pre-paid, even on backorder. This is the only way Brook Mays Music can guarantee the validity of the credit card being used. For example, if an instrument is backordered 6 months, the credit card placed on the order might be invalid after this period of time.
I placed my order several days ago and the status still says "Order Being Processed". When will my stuff ship?
When you see "Order Being Processed", and it has been more than 24 hours, then your product is being transferred from a particular store location to the warehouse to be shipped. This usually takes from 2-5 business days, and then the order is shipped.
