Brook Mays Music Company ("Brook Mays," "we," "us") offers a mobile messaging program for account notifications related to instrument rental contracts, including payment reminders, past-due notices, account status updates, and two-factor authentication codes (the "Program").

CONSENT & OPT-IN

By opting in to this service, you consent to receive mobile text alerts using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may opt in by:

Signing a rental contract that includes SMS consent
Providing your phone number through our customer portal
Texting a keyword to our designated number

MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Typical usage is 1–8 messages per month. During active collections, frequency may increase based on your account status.

MESSAGE AND DATA RATES

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

OPT-OUT

Text STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from Brook Mays Music. You will receive a single confirmation message. You may also contact us at RentalAccounts@brookmays.com or call 1-800-637-8966, Option 1 to opt out.

CARRIER LIABILITY

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
