We had a fantastic experience with H&H Music in Shenandoah, TX. We had an emergency repair that was needed. The entire staff was very helpful and friendly. Trino, the Repair Shop Manager was very accommodating. It was very obvious that he is extremely knowledgeable. He did a very thorough job, in a very short timeframe, to repair my granddaughter’s trumpet. I was super impressed with the quality of his work and found the service to be very affordable. He takes pride in his work and exemplifies what “customer service” should be !

There are only a few really good music shops left, but this is definitely one of them. My trumpet needed an updating and there were few options for places that could replace gaskets, seals and corks. I called and was lucky enough to be connected to Trino, who is the repair shop manager He said sure, bring it in. He reviewed it super quickly and professionally and then took it 6 ft away to his bench. In 5 minutes I had everything done that I had hoped to get fixed in a week or two. And then... no charge! To find this level of service, not to mention friendly and pleasant and generous - it's just a rarity these days. I will take all of my business to this company and this location from now on. I have always loved this place! Been coming here for at least 27 years. Long story short, wonderful staff allowed us to scope out the place and see all the instruments. My son has an obsession with instruments and this is the best place to go for anything musical!
