Our online School Loyalty Program allows us to donate a percentage of all sales purchased through our rental website directly back to your school. This is another way for us to give back to local school music programs in the communities we serve.
This SLP is for school music programs currently serviced by Brook Mays Music, H&H Music or Fishburn Violin who have established rental preference lists on our website.
Schools will receive points based on a percentage of all sales during the promotional period (Jan. 1 – Dec. 31) from students and customers who purchase items online and direct points to their school.

When renting instruments online, all supplies listed and purchased through our rental website will accrue loyalty points.
Yes, points expire at the end of the calendar year. Quarterly statements and a link to the “Point Redemption Form” will be emailed to the School Loyalty Program administrator. Redeemed Points must be used by the end of the next calendar year.
This program applies only to online purchases of supplies through the rental module, and after a school has enrolled in the Loyalty Program has been selected.
Points accrue on anything purchased from the supplies listed on the school’s rental page on our website. Different products may have different point values but every qualified purchase accrues points for the school loyalty program.
Points can be redeemed for Gift Certificates to be used on approved school charge accounts for repair, purchases or clinics.
Points must be redeemed in increments of 500.
Points may not be redeemed for any cash payments or refunds.
We can accommodate any school district policy on an individual basis regarding school loyalty payments.

At this time, we are not able to track purchases made in-stores to apply toward school loyalty points.

Students and customers will need to select your school program on the rental website.
