Placing an Order With a School P.O. Online

1. You must first be registered as a user on our system. To register please go to our Registration Page.

2. Then, you must have an approved school charge account with Brook Mays, McFadyen, Pearson, or Caldwell music in order to utilize our Online School Purchase Order system.

      a. If you already have an account with Brook Mays then all you need to do is register your school on our School Registration Page.

      b. If you do not have an account with Brook Mays or affiliated companies please e-mail us now at orders@brookmays.com to receive an application packet.

Once you are registered, you should receive a response within 48 hours with an approval letter stating that your school account has been approved. If you do not receive a response to your school registration please contact our webmaster via e-mail webmaster@brookmays.com.

3. Once your school account has been approved, simply place orders as you normally would do. You will be prompted for billing and shipping information at the time you checkout. Your will be able to select multiple billing and shipping addresses for which your account has been approved.

4. You will also be given "Purchase Order" as a payment selection. Simply enter the purchase order number in the payment box provided. Your order will be shipped to the requested destination and billed to your school charge account.*

Voice verification might be required on orders not shipped to official school addresses.

I have a representative who visits my school every week. Should I place orders online?

Your representative will continue to service your account and monitor every order you place with our company regardless of whether you place the order online, over the telephone, or in person.

 

How long does it take to get order I place online?

All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. If your order is in stock your order should ship out of our warehouse within 24 hours. Most school deliveries will arrive within 1-3 business days.

 

Who should I call if I want to get information on my order?

You should e-mail our school specialists at orders@brookmays.com. If you have a local representative they will also be able to get information on your order.

 

What if I need to update my school account information?

Once a school or I.S.D. is registered and approved for online purchasing through Brook Mays Music, billing and shipping information changes must be submitted to the webmaster for re-approval. This security process prevents fraudulent purchases from being billed to schools or I.S.D.'s and then shipped elsewhere. If you require shipping or billing address changes, please e-mail the webmaster at webmaster@brookmays.com with your school and/or I.S.D. name, contact information, phone number and e-mail address.

 

What if I want to return an item I purchased online?

You have 3 options, you can return it directly to one of our store locations, you can return it to your local representative*, or you can e-mail our returns department at orders@brookmays.com.
