Designed for players needing a C trumpet with the feel of a Bb, the F. Schmidt E180S C trumpet has a vivid yet broad tone well suited for symphonic and solo repertoire. The one-piece plasma welded yellow brass bell produces a big, rich, warm sound with great projection. The silver-plate finish provides a controlled brilliance to the overall sound. The 1st slide thumb saddle make for easy intonation adjustments while the Monel pistons provide smooth quick action. These features combined with a .462 large bore allow the player to produce a well-rounded sound well suited for all orchestral literature. A mouthpiece and a wood frame deluxe case are included with this trumpet. All F. Schmidt trumpets have a six year limited warranty on parts and workmanship.
