Placing an Order With a School P.O. Online
1. You must first be registered as a user on our system. To register please go to our Registration Page.
2. Then, you must have an approved school charge account with Brook Mays, McFadyen, Pearson, or Caldwell music in order to utilize our Online School Purchase Order system.
a. If you already have an account with Brook Mays then all you need to do is register your school on our School Registration Page.
b. If you do not have an account with Brook Mays or affiliated
companies please E-Mail us now at [email protected] to receive an application packet.
Once you are registered, you should receive a response within 48 hours with an approval letter stating that your
school account has been approved. If you do not receive a response to your
school registration please contact our webmaster via E-Mail [email protected].
3. Once your school account has been approved, simply place orders as you normally would do. You will be prompted for billing and shipping
information at the time you checkout. Your will be able to select multiple billing and shipping addresses for which your account has been approved.
4. You will also be given "Purchase Order" as a payment selection. Simply enter the purchase order number in the payment box provided. Your order
will be shipped to the requested destination and billed to your school charge account.*
* Voice verification might be required on orders not shipped to official school addresses.
