International Orders

As part of our authorized dealer agreements, we are unable to ship Roland, Boss, Fender®, Squier®, Yamaha, Ibanez, Zildjian and Tama products internationally, and we reserve the right to restrict the shipment of any item at any time. Click here for more information on international shipping rates (see "International Shipping and Handling Charges"). Please note that a minimum order of US$50.00 is required on all orders outside the United States, and a handling fee of $7.50 is also added. Free Shipping offer valid only in the continental United States.

Pricing and Availability

Although product pricing is subject to change, Brook Mays guarantees the original price of a product upon order placement. Sometimes, however, our computers might display an incorrect price. Brook Mays Music reserves the right to cancel an order displaying invalid pricing or computer errors. Unfortunately, items sometimes sell out before the database is updated. If an order is placed, but no items are available, we will contact you by phone and give you the option of changing your order, or waiting for the item to restock.

The Availability Key shown on every product page indicates whether or not the Item is in stock in our warehouse. The Green Note signifies that the item is in stock at the warehouse, and available for shipment. Under normal circumstances orders with green notes placed before 2pm CST, will be shipped the same day. If your order is placed after 2pm, on the weekend, or on a holiday it will be shipped the very next business day. The Yellow Note signifies that this item normally ships in 7-10 business days, and the Red Note signifies that the item is currently out of stock. For more information and estimated delivery times on Yellow or Red notes, please contact our customer service center at orders@brookmays.com. If you order an item that is out of stock, you should receive a notification within 2 business days via E-Mail of this backorder. For more information on backordered items, or to find out the status of a backorder, please contact our customer service division at orders@brookmays.com.

Warranty and Product Registration

Most products at Brookmays.com carry a manufacturers warranty. Brook Mays Music encourages all customers to REGISTER their purchases with the given manufacturer after receipt of item. Registering your product activates manufacturers warranty. Some items have a manufacturers warranty.  If you need to have work performed on a product purchased from us, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Brook Mays Music is not responsible for incorrect product pages, and is under no obligation to fill an order that contains incorrect pricing or product information. We do guarantee a full refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

All orders can be paid by money order, cashiers check or personal check. Simply print out the order page and mail it with your check to the following address:

Paying by Credit Card

On all credit card orders, the name on the credit card must match the name on the billing address.
Credit Card orders are reviewed by a Brook Mays order processor, and we may phone you if there is a question about a credit card order. This is for your protection to guarantee the validity of an order, and to safeguard against fraudulant credit card use. You will be notified by telephone or certified mail if we suspect the misuse of your credit card. Placing and order does not automatically guarantee credit card approval!

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How long will it take for me to receive my order after it has been placed?
A. If the merchandise you ordered is in stock, you can expect your package to arrive in approximately 5 to 7 business days for UPS Ground. Otherwise, please allow 2 to 6 weeks before inquiring about a special order.

Q. I received part of my order, but some items were missing...why is this?
A. We ship items we have in stock at the time your order is processed. Items we do not have in stock are promptly ordered and sent to you as soon as they become available.

Q. I received my package, but no invoice was enclosed. When can I expect it?
A. Your invoice will usually arrive within 2-3 days of your package. A packaging slip is usually enclosed with your package, while your invoice will be sent via U.S. Mail.

Q. I haven't received my items yet (either from backorder, or in-stock items). Why was my credit card was charged?
A. All items are pre-paid, even on backorder. This is the only way Brook Mays Music can guarantee the validity of the credit card being used. For example, if an instrument is backordered 6 months, the credit card placed on the order might be invalid after this period of time.

Q. I placed my order several days ago...and the status still says "Order Being Processed". When will my stuff ship?
A. When you see "Order Being Processed", and it has been more than 24 hours, then your product is being transferred from a particular store location to the warehouse to be shipped. This usually takes from 2-5 business days, and then the order is shipped.
